A. Account and Identity Information
This may include:
name;

telephone number, including country code, provided during account registration or a support request for account-related assistance;
mailing address, if voluntarily provided;

information contained in communications with customer service.
We use the telephone number for account-related assistance and to respond to your requests. Providing it does not by itself subscribe you to promotional calls or text messages. No such subscription is created by the registration telephone field.
When you request a property preview before registering, we process the property address through our address and property-data providers. We temporarily retain the address and an expiring continuation identifier so you can resume after registering or signing in. We also use a cryptographically keyed representation of the requesting IP address for rate limits and abuse prevention; this preview rate-limit store does not store the raw IP address. Hosting and security logs are governed by the other sections of this Policy.
C. Transaction and Subscription Information
This may include:
reports purchased;
subscriptions purchased;
billing plan;

similar tracking technologies.
These may be used for authentication, security, site functionality, preferences, analytics, performance, fraud prevention, and permitted advertising or marketing.

Número Claro does not require a user’s:
Social Security number;

The inclusion of information obtained from public records does not mean Número Claro independently verified the information.
Property-record availability and disclosure requirements vary by state, county, city, and other jurisdiction. In some jurisdictions, transaction prices or dates may not be publicly available. Número Claro may therefore receive incomplete public records or use lawfully licensed third-party information and model-derived estimates. The retrieval date displayed in a report does not mean every underlying record was updated on that date.

We may receive information from third parties that provide services such as:
real estate property data;
comparable sales;

17. LIMITING DATA PROVIDED TO AI SYSTEMS
Número Claro intends to minimize unnecessary personal information transmitted to artificial intelligence systems.
Users should not enter unnecessary sensitive personal information into free-text fields, property descriptions, or report requests.
18. NO AUTOMATED CREDIT OR HOUSING ELIGIBILITY DECISION
Número Claro is designed as a property-analysis and educational platform.
Número Claro does not use its ordinary property-analysis functionality to make final automated decisions determining whether a person:
receives mortgage credit;
qualifies for housing;
receives insurance;
receives employment;
receives government benefits;
or receives another legally significant service.
A Número Claro property score relates to analytical evaluation of a property and assumptions and is not intended to constitute a consumer credit score or legally significant eligibility determination concerning an individual.
Where applicable law grants rights concerning qualifying automated decision-making or profiling, Número Claro will honor those rights to the extent legally required.

For example, a property address may need to be transmitted to a provider to retrieve property characteristics, public records, comparable sales, or rental estimates.
Licensed property data may be stored in Número Claro systems, incorporated into reports or derivative analytics, and retained for service delivery, account history, quality control, fraud prevention, support, and product improvement, subject to contractual restrictions and applicable law. Número Claro does not use property data to send unsolicited commercial email.
21. PAYMENT PROCESSORS
Payment information may be provided directly to third-party processors.
Número Claro may receive information such as:
payment confirmation;
transaction identifier;
payment method type;
last digits of a card;
billing status;
refund status.
Número Claro does not need to store complete card numbers to provide ordinary services when payment processing is handled by third parties.
22. ANALYTICS AND TECHNOLOGY PROVIDERS
We may disclose limited device, usage, cookie, and interaction information to providers assisting with:
analytics;
performance monitoring;
security;
error detection;
user experience;
marketing attribution.
Some privacy laws may characterize certain advertising or analytics disclosures as “sharing” or “selling” even where no money is exchanged for personal information.
Where legally required, Número Claro will provide and honor applicable opt-out mechanisms.

Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to:
attorneys;
accountants;

26. WITH YOUR DIRECTION OR CONSENT
We may disclose information when the user expressly asks us to do so or provides valid consent.
PART VI
SALE, SHARING, AND TARGETED ADVERTISING
27. SALE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Número Claro does not intend to operate a business model that sells personal information to third parties for monetary consideration.
However, privacy laws may define “sale” more broadly than an exchange of information for money.
If Número Claro engages in activity legally considered a sale of personal information, it will provide applicable notice and opt-out rights.
28. CROSS-CONTEXT BEHAVIORAL OR TARGETED ADVERTISING
Número Claro may in the future use advertising or marketing technologies.
Certain disclosures to advertising or analytics providers may constitute “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or “sale” under applicable privacy laws.
When legally required, users will be able to opt out.
Requests may be sent to:
help@numeroclaro.com
Subject line:
PRIVACY OPT-OUT REQUEST
29. GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL AND OPT-OUT PREFERENCE SIGNALS
Where applicable law requires recognition of valid browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control or another legally recognized universal opt-out mechanism, Número Claro will endeavor to process such signals as required by applicable law.
A signal may apply to the browser, device, or identifiable account to which it can reasonably be associated.
30. SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION
Número Claro does not intend to sell sensitive personal information.

recognized opt-out mechanisms.
Blocking necessary cookies may prevent portions of the Service from functioning correctly.
33. DO NOT TRACK
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals.
Because there is no single universally applicable standard governing all Do Not Track signals, Número Claro may not respond to traditional Do Not Track signals unless required by applicable law.
This is separate from legally recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control, which Número Claro will address where required.
PART VIII

We may retain information that has been reasonably de-identified or aggregated so that it is not reasonably linkable to a particular identifiable person.
Where required by law, we will maintain and use de-identified information without attempting to re-identify it except as permitted for validating the de-identification process.
